Showers are delivered with four anchor bolts to fix into hard ground (concrete floor/slab or tiles)
The shower must be installed on a horizontal floor so as to avoid unnecessary stresses on the bottom plate made of PVC.
Once installed, you may install the angle tube and shower-head using some teflon tape.
Please do not overturn the angle tube otherwise you may reach an improper angle or you may lock it with the fitting and undoing it may lead to a separation of the external female fitting of the shower and the internal nut. We strongly suggest that you use a wrench to hold the female fitting while turning the angle tube.
Install the mixer valve knob using a screwdriver to turn the screw supplied with the shower.
For showers having fitted with a foot shower install the showerhead and the valve (depending on model) You may use teflon tape on the threads.
Once again please pay attention to the risk of overturning or unscrewing the female fitting protruding from the shower wall.
For showers fitted with a push valve for the foot shower, please install the know using the screw provided with the shower.
For showers fitted with a mist nozzle please install the push valve knob as previously said,and adjust the mist nozzle by turning it a little to get the best spray angle and droplet size for your local pressure.
Warning:: if the mist nozzle fitting is unscrewed too much you may get a strong jet of water which may hurt your eyes .Please do not stand in front of the mist nozzle when you adjust it.
Open the mixer valve (one quarter of a turn) and let the shower fill up.
Caution : the mixer valve is only a half turn valve, turning it beyond its limit will break the internal cartridge which cannot be easily/cheaply replaced.
Note that the first position is cold (for safety), the second quarter of a turn if to add the hot water.
When you close the mixer valve, it takes a little while for the water to stop dripping as the volume of water located above the showerhead tube must evacuate for the dripping to stop..
SPLIT SHOWERS
Split showers are fitted with special screws which must be installed on each shower tube half. We advise you leave one millimeter about before the screw reaches the locked in position. This is to enable you to assemble easily the two halves of the shower. You may tighten again these screws if you find that the shower tube halves are playing a little.
We have provided a special O' ring which must be installed in the groove on top of the lower shower tube. You may wet a little this o'ring before pushing it into position. Make sure it won't move away while you place the top half tube
Before installing the top shower tube you must also install the black PVC pipe which fits into a threaded fitting near the round opening of the o' ring groove on the top of the lower shower tube. This pipe must be inserted into the top half tube of the shower. Note that this pipe does not need tape and should be screwed in tightly.
Once assembled the shower may be filled by opening the mixer valve one quarter of a turn. Again be carefully this mixer valve can only turn half turn and the internal cartridge may be broken if you try to turn it more than this.
If you notice some water leaking between the two halves of the shower you may need to turn the special screws a little more. One quarter of a turn at a time should let you reach the optimal position of these screws.
Warning: the special screws should always be inserted so as to leave one millimeter or less for the locked in position. If they are too long (protruding too much) they may damage the recess bottom covers on the shower tube half..

Les douches sont livrees avec des boulons d’ancrage a fixer dans sol dur, beton ou carrelage.
Veiller a fixer la douche sur un sol bien horizontal, pour que votre douche soit droite et ne fasse pas travailler excessivement la base. Les boulons doivnt ete serres sans exces de maniere a ne pas endommager la base en pvc de la douche.
Une fois la douche montee mettre en place la douchette principale avec son tube coude que vous aurez muni d’environ 5 tours de bande en Teflon sur les parties filettees.
Ne pas serrer excessivement le tube coude car s’il est tourne jusqu’au blocage vous n’aurez pas le bon angle d’arrosage. Donc garder un tour de reserve pour un bon reglage car la bande teflon fait l’etancheite.
Pour les douches munies d’une douchette pied, installer cette douchette sur son robinet avec toujours un peu de teflon. Utiliser les joints en caoutchouc ou le Teflon pour faire l’etancheite tout en permettant au robinet de prendre la bonne position. La encore gardez un tour de reserve pour permettre le bon reglage de l’angle du robinet.
Pour les douches munies d’un poussoir pour la douchette integree pour les pieds , mettre en place la poignee au moyen de la vis fournies ;
Pour les douches munies d’un brumisateur, mettre place la poignee du robinet poussoir et regler le brumisateur en le tournant un peu sur lui meme pour obtenir le bon angle et taille des goutelettes.
Attention en trop ouvrant (devissant) le brumisateur vous risquez d’obtenir un jet d’eau qui peut heurter vos yeux donc ne vous mettez pas en face pour faire vos reglages.
Remplissez votre douche en ouvrant le mitigeur et laissez la s’echauffer au soleil au moins une journee.
Attention : le robinet ne fait qu’un demi tour au dela vous risuez de l’endommager. Ce mitigeur ouvre d’abord l’eau froide et ensuite l’eau chaude.
Notez egalement que lorsque vous fermez le mitigeur, il faut un certain temps a la douchette pour finir de s’ecouler. En effet le tube coude de la douchette se trouve environ 12cm en dessous du sommet de la douche, cette zone est pleine d’eau en fonctionnement et doit se vider apres fermeture du mitigeur, ce qui peut prendre une a deux minutes suivant le type de douchette.
DOUCHES SECABLES
Les douches secables sont munies de vis speciales qui doivent etre montees sur chaque demi corps de la douche. Il est souhaitable de laisser un millimetre (ne pas trop visser) ou un peu moins pour faire que les demi corps de douche soient faciles a mettre en place.
Bien entendu il faut mettre dans l’encoche circulaire du demi corps inferieur, le joint torique noir ou rouge qui assure l’etancheite entre les deux demi corps de la douche. Mouillez ce joint et pousser le bien dans sa gorge pour qu’il ne se deplace pas lors de l’assemblage des deux demi corps.
Si les deux demi corps bougent un peu apres montage ou si vous observez une legere fuite d’eau au joint, il faut reprendre le reglage des vis en les serrant un peu plus, d’environ un quart de tour a la fois et ce jusqu’a l’obtention d’une douche sans jeu et sans fuite.
Attention : il est important que les vis soient vissees jusqu’a environ 1millimetre avant blocage, car si elle sont insuffisemment vissees, elles pourraient endommager la plaquette collee qui ferme le logement de la tete de vis.
Avant de mettre le demi corps superieur de la douche en place, il faut mettre le tuyau avec embout en place en le vissant legerement dans l’embout femelle libre que l’on peut voir par l’orifice de communication entre les deux demi corps (trous rond qui supporte le joint torique.). Il n’est pas necessaire de trop serrer ce tuyau en pvc noir car il faut pouvoir le retirer lors du demontage.
